Prayer Chain

There is a very active & productive prayer ministry at Kingswood. One of the foundations of this ministry is the E-mail Prayer Chain. You can participate in this ministry in two ways. Be a prayer partner: you will receive prayer requests via e-mail. Pray immediately, keep the request on your daily prayer list & treat all requests with confidentially. You may also ask for prayer support from our prayer partners: just e-mail requests to either address below. Please supply only information required for effective prayer & do not include any names without permission. Send updates when available.

Intercessory Prayer Group

Every person interested in prayer is invited to come on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 until 8:00 p.m. The purpose of this group is to pray for Kingswood and members. If you can only pray for a portion of this time please feel free to come and go as you need. If you would like to come and have someone pray for you please feel free to do so. Please bring your Bible or journal; whatever helps you during your prayer time. We will meet in the sanctuary. Each person is encouraged to pray or meditate in whatever manner you choose whether that is kneeling at the altar, sitting in a pew, walking around or lying on the floor. We believe that God wants to do something within Kingswood and with the ministries that are reaching out into our world. We also believe this cannot happen until we seriously begin to pray and seek God’s face.
